IT Helpdesk Agent in Microsoft Teams

Employees describe a problem in chat. The agent tries a fix from the self-help FAQ first, then logs a ticket in SharePoint, emails a confirmation, and answers "what's the status of my ticket?"

Hi, I'm AnilG

I grew up in a small village in Telangana and started my IT career in 2007. Since then I've run Microsoft environments for major multinational companies in Hyderabad and at the IAEA in Vienna, and today I work in Kraków.

I teach the way I learned: by doing. Every course runs in a real lab tenant, every tip comes from a real problem, and every AI prompt is one I use myself.

"AnilG", and in India you'd add "ji".The G is my family initial. Students started adding "ji" out of respect, and the name stuck. That's the saffron dot in my logo.
